Maintenance
NS3E brings all of its skill and experience to bear in machine tool maintenance. We draw up a set of expert evaluations on the condition of the machine and also prepare a maintenance plan to ensure its continued technical manufacturing function.
We perform maintenance which might be either preventive or corrective. Preventive maintenance makes it possible to avert certain operational anomalies while also providing systematic maintenance services, from the most basic to the most complex. Corrective maintenance provides the following solutions:
- Reliability enhancement (reconditioning, modification of uses, installation of diagnostic tools).
- Adaptation – Transformation (installation of a numerical control, replacement of a hydraulic power unit, backfitting for electrical compliance, etc.).
- Rebuilding – Reconditioning, which are our primary jobs.
- Backfitting. NS3E works with regulatory authorities to ensure your machines meet standards.

NS3E is an authorized agent for the sale, installation and maintenance of Heidenhain equipment for machine tools and automated systems that require measurement control.
90% of machine tools with numerical controls have this very high-quality equipment for measuring lines and angles. We market the entire line of Heidenhain equipment, which includes, in particular, linear and angular measurement systems for machine tools, rotary machines, 3D sensing systems and numerical controls.
